GitHub Updates Copilot Model Access for Team Plans

GitHub has updated its policy on Copilot model access for users with seats in multiple organizations. Now, model access is determined solely by the organization that pays for the user's usage, rather than any organization enabling it. This change aims to align billing and governance more effectively. Users can check which organization is responsible for billing under the 'Usage billed to' section on the Copilot features page. The update does not affect users whose access is through an enterprise or its organizations.
