The tool assigns security alerts to Copilot, which then explores relevant files, generates a fix, and validates it by rerunning CodeQL before opening a draft pull request. Available to GitHub Enterprise Cloud customers with Advanced Security, the feature allows administrators to enable access via policy and supports batch fixing of up to 25 alerts. Usage consumes AI Credits from the Code Security budget and GitHub Actions minutes.
